I dunno, I actually think it wil, just based on how many people have huge collections/expensive players and how portable it is -in terms of mailing them about anyway – kinda like TV stations still using Beta tapes
can’t make money selling beta tapes to consumers though.
I give the CD 3 years as a medium that you can buy in physical shops. Sure you can burn and buy online, but can’t see them lasting long as a mass format…
